  • Turn off and lock out power to fryer and allow oil to cool.
  • Drain the oil or isolate the pump section, then remove mounting bolts and disconnect electrical power and hoses from the old assembly.
  • Position the new pump/motor assembly 1/3 HP, 115/230 V, 8 GPM in the same orientation and secure mounting hardware.
