Step1: Ensure the fryer is powered off and completely cooled.
Step2: Remove panels to access the existing pump assembly.
Step3: Disconnect electrical connections, and mounting hardware from the old pump.
Step4: Install the new pump assembly, reconnect all fittings and wiring securely.
Step5: Replace panels, restore power, and test pump operation for proper flow.

How do I install the Pitco 60143511-CL Pump Assembly?
- Turn off and lock out power to fryer and allow oil to cool.
- Drain the oil or isolate the pump section, then remove mounting bolts and disconnect electrical power and hoses from the old assembly.
- Position the new pump/motor assembly 1/3 HP, 115/230 V, 8 GPM in the same orientation and secure mounting hardware.
- Reconnect hoses and electrical wiring exactly as before, check for correct voltage.
- Refill fryer oil, restore power, and run pump to verify flow ~8 GPM and no abnormal noise or leaks.
