The Star Mfg HO-187842 Quartz Element is a replacement part that is utilised in commercial warming and holding parts. It uses 700 watts and 120 volts to provide continuous radiant heat to maintain the temperature. The quartz design is fast in heating up and thermal production when it is repeated. This component is fitted on compatible heater housings to allow even heat coverage. Having a quartz element is necessary to maintain correct heating operation, minimise downtime, and allow it to operate in the foodservice heating systems during service and operations in the commercial kitchen safely and consistently.
