Description

The Robot Coupe R210 Slicing Disc 2 mm 1/16 is a commercial food processor attachment. This yields uniform 2 mm-thick slices of fruits, vegetables and other ingredients as they go through the processor, which achieves uniform results in food preparation. It mounts on the processor hub and is used together with the feed tube of the machine to provide throughput-controlled slicing. This is applied in commercial kitchens and catering operations to slice cucumbers, potatoes and other produce to be used in salads, sides or ingredients.
