Description

The Robot Coupe R211 Slicing Disc is a blade for making even food slices during large-scale ingredient preparation in commercial kitchens. The 4MM 5/32" size makes medium-cut slices of most vegetables, fruits, and other salad and garnish components. It is mounted on a suitable vegetable preparation machine with a continuous feed suitable for use in restaurants and any other catering establishment. It forms part of the preparation by cutting products while they pass through the feed system so that uniform slice thickness is obtained for further processing and the making up of the dish.
