The Montague R99 Thermostat with Dial is a mechanical temperature control unit that is used in a commercial cooking systems. It can control heat output between 150°F and 400°F with the use of a 36" capillary 3/16" X 8" sensing bulb BJWA control system. It is mounted on suitable appliance to track the temperature inside the appliance and to cycle heating elements to maintain the setpoint temperature. The dial can be used by an operator to vary the temperature to suit the cooking or holding needs. It acts as the main temperature control unit.
