Description

The Robot Coupe RA658 Blade Bottom is the lower cutting component installed within compatible food processing equipment. Positioned near the base of the processing bowl, it connect ingredients as the motor-driven shaft rotates the blade assembly. Its location allows cutting action to begin near the bottom of the bowl while working with the upper blade to process the product through the chamber. The blade mounts to the central shaft and operates with the bowl, motor, and upper cutting component. Its lower position helps maintain cutting contact with ingredients throughout the processing cycle.
