Step1: Turn off the gas supply and allow the charbroiler to cool.

Step2: Remove grates or covers to access the burner area.

Step3: Disconnect the existing radiant burner carefully.

Step4: Remove it from its mounting position.

Step5: Install the new burner in the same location.

Step6: Reconnect any fittings securely.

Step7: Restore the gas supply slowly.

Step8: Test burner for even flame distribution.
