Step1: Disconnect power to the fryer to prevent electrical shock.
Step2: Remove the control panel to access the relay board.
Step3: Label and disconnect all wire connections.
Step4: Remove mounting screws and take out the old board.
Step5: Install the new board and reconnect all wiring properly.
Step6: Restore power and test fryer controls.
