Robot Coupe 39287 Vegetable Slicer Lid Assembly

The Robot Coupe 39287 Vegetable Slicer Lid Assembly is a spare component that is used in the R301C food processor. This is a component fitted on the top of the slicer housing and holds the product during the slicing process. It assists in the correct alignment of vegetables and has direct contact with the slicing discs. This is usually changed in the course of servicing in case the original component presents cracks or fitting problems. It is used in conjunction with the bowl and locking system to ensure that there is consistency in the processing results at commercial kitchens, catering services, and food preparation facilities with equipment.
