The Robot Coupe 39810 Lid With Seal is a cover assembly for the processing bowl that is designed to provide a seal condition during operation. It is designed to fit snugly over the bowl rim and has an integrated sealing interface to ensure that ingredients remain in the bowl and direct the flow of ingredients during blending and mixing cycles, ensuring controlled processing during the operation cycles and consistent ingredient movement. It is installed on the top section of the Blixer 3D food preparation unit where it locks into position before operation, before processing cycles.
