The Cres Cor 080810401K Rocker Switch is an electrical control that has a center-off position, which is a 7/8 by 1-1/2 inch panel cut-out. It is fitted in commercial foodservice equipment to switch power between two loads or disconnect both circuits at the off position. Commercially, the switch is used by kitchen personnel to switch, turn on or off systems safely when in operation and cleaning. It is in the control circuitry of the equipment and gives it a stable interface in controlling electrical power flow between specific components.
