Description

The Bakers Pride S1094A Magnetic Edgemount Latch with Strike is a door retention part that is applied on commercial char broilers. It is 1-1/8 inches by 11-1/2 inches, and is attached to the equipment edge to enable the doors or access panels to stay firmly shut during use. This latch is used to ensure that the doors are kept in the correct position to aid in the steady flow of air and heat in the broiler. It is the enclosure systems of the appliance that minimizes the movement of the door in the course of cooking.
