Description

The Bakers Pride S1195A Blower Wheel CCW 5/8" Bore is a centrifugal fan wheel used in commercial convection oven airflow systems. It is designed to mount on a 5/8" shaft and rotate in a counterclockwise direction, to move air through the oven cavity and across heating elements. Installed within a compatible convection oven it supports, even heat distribution by circulating hot air consistently throughout the cooking chamber. In foodservice settings such as bakeries, restaurants and commercial kitchens it plays, a key role in maintaining uniform baking, and roasting performance by ensuring stable internal airflow during continuous operation.
