Description

The Market Forge S90-2305 Jacketed Kettle Strainer with Handle is intended for selected compatible commercial systems. Installed as an internal kettle part, it provides a perforated surface that allows liquids to pass through while holding larger food materials during cooking procedures. The stainless steel construction includes a 7" straining area with 0.190" holes and a 9" diameter profile. The integrated handle assists operators to manage the strainer when inserting or removing it from the kettle. It assists with ingredient control and supports organised preparation methods in high-volume foodservice conditions.
