The Cecilware L346A LCHM Safety Thermostat is used specifically in fryers to regulate temperature, ensure safety, and to prevent fryers from burning. It has a 5/16” x 3” bulb and a 36” cap for accurate control of temperature. This model is compatible with several Cecilware fryer models such as GF10, FMP30, 40B, 403, 65, FMS30, 54, EFP30, 40, 65 and EFS30, 40, 65. The thermostat works with the aid of switching off the power supply any time the fryer is at 440ºF.
