Description

The Blodgett 55127 Pilot Safety Valve TS11 1/4" Tube Fitting is a necessity for commercial ovens. This valve is of utmost essential to allow safe and economical operation by keeping the pilot light fuel lines from overworking and creating excessive pressure. It works automatically removing excess pressure to reduce explosions, or other safety hazards. This particular valve is designed to work with 1/4" tube fittings, so the connection in the oven's gas system is secure and leak free.

Step1: Turn off the gas supply and unplug the oven to prevent fire hazards.

Step2: Remove the access panel to reach the existing pilot valve.

Step5: Reconnect the gas tubing carefully, ensuring tight, leak-free connections.

Step6: Restore gas supply, check for leaks, and test pilot ignition.
