The Scotsman 02-2977-01 Lip Seal is a seal that is meant to form a tight interface between moving or adjacent parts in an ice machine. It works by attaching to create an elastic shield, which restricts air and moisture movement and allows movement. This lip seal is placed at the junction of components and repeated contact at the operation.
