The Blodgett 19677 Convection Oven Sensor Wire is a part that provides a connection between the temperature sensor and the control system, and relaying correct thermal measurements throughout the operation. The wire is compatible with Blodgett convection ovens and facilitates stable transmission of electrical signals in high-temperatures. In the event that the sensor wire is damaged, frayed, or disconnected, it can interfere with the accuracy of temperature. Replacement of the wire would also restore proper temperature control.
