Description

The Sharp Microwave SHRPRV-MZA377WRZZ Magnetron is an element of a microwave oven that transform electrical energy into high-frequency microwave radiation by the interaction of electrons within a magnetic field in commercial systems. It produces oscillations within a resonant cavity and directs energy via a waveguide to create electromagnetic waves that are used to heat the inside of the cooking chamber with a heated cathode emitting electrons that interact with anode cavities to maintain the production of microwave energy. It is located within the microwave housing and close to the waveguide assembly, usually mounted behind the control panel section or side compartment of the unit.
