The Hobart 00-077372 Food Cutter Leader Knife is an accurate chopping knife that is used to cut different food products. This is a specialized knife that rotates at high speeds inside the food cutter bowl and cuts and dices the food into uniform sizes. It is attached to the mid-spindle of the cutter, and operates in concert with other knives, in order to produce the cut and texture required. This leader knife has a high-carbon stainless steel blade cut to a particular geometry to start the cutting action. Design is efficient and provides uniform output when handling meats, vegetables and other food products.
