The Cleveland FK22193 Convection Steamer Steam Solenoid Valve 3/4" is a spare assembly that is used to control the flow in commercial equipment. It is applied in cooking systems to regulate the opening, and closing of vapour supply lines when in operation. It is useful in the appliance in that it facilitates uniform distribution of steam to facilitate cooking in food-service settings. It is designed to be used with 120V electrical systems and is rated to withstand steam up to 300°F. It is usually installed as a replacement, or maintenance component to ensure that it is properly controlled in commercial kitchen apparatus.
