The Henny Penny 17121 Steam Solenoid Valve is an authentic fryer replacement part used for proper control of steam in 500, 561, 580, 581, 582, 600, 680 and 682 models. This normally open valve from ASCO has a 1/2” FPT connection and comes with 120V, 60Hz power and is capable of functioning under 15 lbs of pressure. It has a compact width of 2-7/8” and will easily integrate into your fryer system. It is suitable for accurate steam regulation, improves cooking productivity, minimal time wastage and steady performance in competitive kitchen situations.
