The Lincoln 369398 Oven Solenoid Valve is designed for use in pizza ovens for the purpose of regulating the flow of natural or LP gas for the better cooking conditions. This is a 1/2” valve that works on 120V and is suitable for different ovens such as Lincoln 1040, 1116 models among others. Its main purpose is to control flow of gas which is useful in maintaining heat for cooking purposes. Some of the advantages of this solenoid valve include safety because it eliminates the leakage of the gas and the ability to produce well-baked pizzas every time.
