The Middleby Marshall 28091-0017 Pilot Safety Valve with Reducing Bushings is a high quality Oven component for use with natural or LP gas system. Inlet/outlet is a 1/2” FPT gas inlet/outlet with a 1/8” FPT low flame bypass that makes it easy to control and operate commercial ovens safely. This valve is designed to be used with 120V systems and comes with a BASO brand 120V coil number S-142 as well as a 1/8” pipe plug. Suitable for different Lincoln, and Henny Penny models, it increases safety, durability, and productivity in intensive kitchen conditions.
