The Somerset 1550-502 Scraper Complete #3 is a mechanical dough-handling component designed for use in compatible commercial foodservice equipment.. Installed adjacent to a designated roller within the sheeting assembly the scraper maintains contact with the roller surface to remove dough residue and prevent accumulation during operation. As dough passes through the rollers the scraper assists keep the roller surface clear, supporting consistent product movement and sheet thickness.
