The Southbend SOU1163889 Top Pilot Assembly is a gas component assembly that provide the ignition flame required for compatible commercial range top burner systems. Its a 17-5/8-inch pilot tube a 1-3/8-inch flash tube and a 3-inch pilot tip that meter and direct gas to the pilot flame location. The assembly is mounted adjacent to the burner and connected to the pilot gas circuit where it operates with the manifold and gas control components. It establishes the standing pilot needed to ignite the main burner and support continuous heat production during routine commercial cooking operations.
