Description

This module is mounted directly into the control panel of the steamer and is linked to the burner assembly to provide automatic ignition and to fit into the existing electrical system of the unit providing accurate control over start-up cycles and ensuring that the steamer operates as intended.

Step1: Turn off the gas and power to the convection steamer before starting.
