The Bakers Pride 310123 Piezo Spark Lighter is an ignition component used in commercial equipment. It produces a spark with a high voltage, that accurately and stably ignites gas burners. Placed close to the burner assembly, it enables the operators to light burners without using external tools or matches. In the kitchen condition, it assures a stable ignition during cooking processes and facilitates safe start-up processes. Its purpose in the appliance is to allow the gas flow to be ignited in a controlled manner, allowing burners to obtain the right flame within a short period of time and in the right place to perform cooking operations.
