The Frymaster 8101001 Piezo Ignitor Trigger is push-type component that is utilized in commercial fryers for the gas burners. The trigger generates a spark which lights the gas flow in a safe manner and the burner can be started immediately. It is mounted on the fryer control panel, close to the burner assembly and is rated to be used in food service equipment in high-volume kitchens. Its position in the fryer is also essential in securely starting combustion so that the operators can have a stable frying temperature and consistent performance throughout the time.
