The Star Mfg 2R200787 Conveyor Toaster Guard Crumb Tray is a replacement part that can be used in commercial appliances. It is a removable tray that gathers crumbs and food debris when normal toasting is being done assisting in keeping the inside of the appliance clean in routine maintenance. It is mounted in the bottom part of the conveyor toaster assembly where it is mounted below the toasting chamber and conveyor. It is applied in daily production in commercial kitchen operations and food services to control the accumulation of waste and make cleaning processes easier.
