The Henny Penny 21878 Fryer Steam Exhaust Tubing PFG-690/691 comes with a routed exhaust for steam from the condensation system to the outside venting area for the commercial systems. It fits inside the exhaust and steam box assembly location to keep the steam away from the inside while it is running. The tubing allows for controlled venting of the steam to prevent moisture and heat build-up around mechanical areas. It fits into compatible pressure cookers that must be equipped with proper steam exhaust routing for safe and stable cooking.
