The Cleveland 22196 Steam Valve with 5-inch Stem controls the flow and regulation of steam into the cooking compartment or generator plumbing of commercial convection steamers. It regulates the flow of steam into the cooking chamber, allowing controlled steam delivery for food preparation processes. The integrated 5-inch stem assists with monitoring operating conditions, and supports accurate temperature management within the steamer system. This 3/8-inch valve is installed as part of the units steam control assembly in restaurants and commercial kitchens.
