The Groen Z002051 Steam Valve with 5-inch Stem is operated to regulate, isolate, and control the flow of steam into the heating jacket of commercial steam-jacketed kettles. It controls the flow of steam into the kettle jacket, allowing regulated heat transfer for cooking, warming, and food preparation applications. The integrated 5-inch stem supports temperature monitoring within the kettle system to help maintain proper heating conditions. This 3/8-inch steam valve is installed as part of the kettle steam control assembly in restaurants and commercial kitchens.
