The Vulcan Hart 00-850218 1-1/2" stainless steel valve stem functions as a liquid flow control mechanism for kettles. The valve stem consists of a 1-1/2" SS stem with 10-24 threads at its end and a 0.3" square knob mount. This valve stem works with draw-off valve 56-1024 measuring 1-1/2" and it matches Vulcan kettle series VD L,LT,MS,MT,P,PT,WS,WT and E(L,LT,P) while excluding Groen kettles. The valve stem enables precise liquid control through its design which supports either 221311 round phenolic knobs or 221623 stainless steel knobs.
