Description

The Lincoln 369643 Door Handle Strike is a part that measures 3/4 by 2 3/8 in size and has a 1 1/2 in pattern of mounting holes, to be used to fit a catch on commercial ovens. It is attached to the frame of the oven where the door closes to give the handle a point of contact to ensure the door remains closed. This system helps to maintain a better alignment and closing of the doors, which helps to maintain the same internal temperatures. It is a component of the assembly and it works with hinges and handles to ensure that it is performing accurately during use.
