The Hoshizaki TB0031 Ice Machine Thermostat Kit operates on the principle of measuring the internal temperature in the ice machine and controlling it to ensure that the necessary conditions under which the ice machine operates are in place. It detects the change in temperature and switches the cooling process on or off respectively, which helps in ensuring the equipment performs at its regular level. This kit will be built to fit the control part of the ice machine which will interlock with the current parts of the ice machine to ensure that the temperature is controlled accurately.
