The Anets P8900-47 Gas Griddle Snap Fit Thermocouple is a flame-detecting component, which detects and transfers heat into a 20-30 mV electrical signal to the control system. The 1980 series is also designed with a 24-inch length and a snap-fit design to help replace them in the field quickly. This thermocouple is used to have a safe gas operation whereby the presence of flames is established before the flow of gas can be allowed to proceed. It is commonly applied in commercial service and maintenance in which ignition performance is desired to be constant and stable.
