The Jade Range 4612600100 Thermocouple is a replacement part used in the range 1900 series commercial cooking equipment. Its length is 18 inches, and the range of its output is 20-30 millivolts, which measures the pilot flame and indicates the gas valve to permit it to flow further when the system is operating normally. This is designed close to the burner assembly whereby accurate flame detection is necessary in order to use. It aids proper ignition and prevents the occurrence of unburned gas. This is installed when there is a maintenance or repair to enable the system to operate properly in terms of security.
