The Intermetro RPC13-189 Thermometer 120°-220°F is an analog temperature gauge designed for monitoring internal cabinet temperature in compatible heated holding and transport commercial equipment. This part installs on the cabinet control panel with the sensing bulb extending into the heated chamber through a threaded mounting connection. The temperature-sensitive bulb responds to changes in heat and transfers the reading to the dial through a sealed capillary system. The thermometer operates independently of the heating controls and provides a continuous visual indication of cabinet temperature during operation.
