The Garland 4523590 Thermostat Kit is a temperature controller that is sensitive to the amount of heat and open or close an electrical circuit to regulate the heating cycle of commercial cooking equipment. It has an internal thermostat system that reacts to temperature variations and trigger the system that it is connected to begin or cease heat generation when the set point is achieved. This kit is fitted in the control section of compatible ovens ranges or other kitchen appliances where temperature control elements are mounted. It consists of the thermostat unit and other related parts needed to interface with wiring and sensing components of commercial heating assemblies.
