The Keating 037088 Thermostat Kit functions as a temperature controller for griddles which operates between 200°F to 550°F. The RX type thermostat includes a 5/16" x 3-1/2" bulb with a 30" cap which enables precise temperature control. The kit provides a complete set of components including the knob 22-1409 and dial plate together with bulb shield and sleeving and shrink tube and screws and terminals. This component works perfectly with Keating 60 x 30 BLD and Miraclean 2000 to improve cooking performance and extend equipment longevity while maintaining dependable operation in professional kitchens.
