The Montague 3384-7 Thermostat with Dial is used in many griddle and grill models such as Montague, Southbend, and Franklin Chef. It has a 3/16” x 8” bulb and a 36” capillary tube, and is suitable for temperature control between 150°F and 400°F. It also has a dial and bezel, stem adaptors, gasket, and screws that make it easy to install. Its primary duty is to control heat temperatures while cooking to ensure that it cooks homogenously and reaches the required temperature and standard.
