Description

The GILES 23701 Thermostat with Dial features a 48" capillary and 3/8" x 4-1/2" sensing bulb designed for temperature regulation in commercial equipment. Installed within the equipment control assembly it monitors internal temperatures, and cycles heating components on or off to help maintain stable operating conditions, during food preparation and holding applications. The adjustable dial allows operators to set temperature ranges directly from the equipment interface for controlled heat management. Commonly used in heated merchandisers, warmers, and compatible commercial kitchen equipment, this plays an important role in supporting consistent thermal performance, equipment responsiveness, and accurate day-to-day operation in foodservice conditions.
