The Garland 1224500 Thermostat BJWA 3/16" x 9" with 36" capillary is used to control the temperature of commercial kitchen equipment to achieve the better cooking results. This thermostat controls the heat by detecting the changes in temperature 3/16" x 9" sensing bulb that is attached to a 36 inches capillary tube. After the desired temperature is reached, it turns the heating element on or off to maintain the temperature. Designed to be accurate, it assists in preserving the quality of foods.
