The Lincoln 369006 Thermostat Temperature 3/16" x 14-3/4" 48" Capillary FDTH-1 is a mechanical temperature control used in compatible commercial cooking equipment. It operates by measuring internal heat using its bulb and capillary assembly and controlling the heating circuit to keep desired temperature ranges between 300°C and 659°C. This thermostat is fitted in the control system of the appliance when servicing or replacing it. It also controls the temperature of the ovens or cook chambers and also controls the amount of heat produced as a component of the entire temperature control system of the equipment system.
