The Carter Hoffmann 18600-0016 G1 Thermostat with a 5/16” x 5” bulb and knob is used in the food warmers such as the FH90. It works within the range of 16 °C to 121 °C to provide the right temperature for storage of foods. The thermostat has a 24” capillary tube and an adjustable knob that allows for setting of temperature range of 80°F to 200°F. This product maintains the temperature to avoid fluctuations and helps in maintaining the quality of the food by maintaining the right temperature for serving or storage.
