The Star Mfg WS-58936 Oven Thermostat is an essential part that is intended to control temperatures between 60°F and 250°F. This thermostat has a 3/8” x 4-1/2” bulb and a 2-3/8” diameter and it works through a capillary tube that helps sense the temperature changes to help control the cooking environment accurately. During the heating of the oven, the bulb also oscillates to the required level of temperature and turns the heating element on or off to ensure the right temperatures for thorough cooking.
