Description

The Pitco P5047587 Fryer KX Dip Sealed Thermostat is an element of temperature control that is used in commercial systems. To control the amount of oil heat that is used in the process. It has a 3/8 x 5-5/8 sensing bulb and a 1/4 MPT stuffing box to ensure a good fit in the fryer assembly. The thermostat controls the temperature of oil and sends a signal to the heating system to switch on or off to ensure that the cooking conditions remain the same.
