Vulcan Hart 00-719202 Thermostat serves as a vital temperature control element for commercial kitchen applications. This thermostat was built to maintain precise temperatures between 175°F and 500°F through its 3/16" diameter bulb and 12-1/4" long capillary tube and 36" cap. The thermostat detects appliance temperature before sending data to the control system through its operation.
